My favourite character is Janeway, too - who else? - but Tom comes second on my list (understandably, I guess).
As for the others, they are all tied for the third place - which is still not a bad position, I guess.
As for Tuvok, I think he has the greatest sense of humour of all the Vulcans on Star Trek. You simply gotta love him in those funny situations!
