Traditionally the moment CBS acknowledges they're making a show long before a single frame of footage or even a synopsis is available.

Though they didn't leave us much of a window, so unfortunately we're going to have to operate off of having possibly seen the show and risk making informed statements. Some are still trying their best to avoid that, I'm sure.
