Admiral Picard's uniform has been revealed on the cover of IDW Countdown to Picard #3, and the actual costume is going to be shown at Destination Star Trek.

Just finished DST Birmingham (which was great) and Patrick Stewart confirmed that the rest of the crew will be returning to Picard which is great news. In addition Denise Crosby confirmed at her panel that she is in talks with the Picard showrunners for Sela to return. DST official pages, Trek core and other outlets have also posted these news articles/confirmations.

I was never impressed by Denise's acting (or Gates, for that matter) so I'm not so sure about this one.
Plus, a half-human leader of the Romulan Empire? Cos that kind of thing has worked out SO WELL for them in the past
I've merged this into the Picard Discussion Thread because it was already being discussed there, and because the thread title was a bit spoilery...which would probably be alright for people coming in here, but can also be seen on the main forum list page.
I assume the talks didn't go as far as signing any paperwork. It could have been a phone call and blue skying with Patrick or a producer or writer. We know they're lookimg ahead to season two and have spoken to Robert Picardo as well.

Denise left TNG, so it was pretty sweet she came back in a one-off, "Yesterday's Enterprise" and in an impressive way. A season later, one of the coolest sci-fi backgrounds for a new character, Sela, was created. The result? Well, being the start of the show's decline in season five, she - as with many - got a really poor script known as "Unification", which by and large did a partial disservice to everyone involved. The "Picard" show could hit a home run or at least steal third base by bringing her back, used to her potential.
But it's a rumor. I'd hope there are more out there who'd want to see her return and in a good way.

The bottom pic... it's not half-bad but it looks more like Starfleet-issued swimwear.

And trust me on this, do not do any image search for "black longjohns" (or for making it harder to find the exact model: "black red thermal underwear"), particularly with the brand name "Kamuon" included... So here's one link, it's even got the Command-Red piping as well and that's fit for Picard's rank for sure:

I did put in a disclaimer, it was a bit of a surprise for me as well!
