Well, the delegate in the council is from that episode. I'm not sure about the Changeling-turned-Insectoid.
Found it. "All In." The episode where Owo engages in the ultimate fighting match in the ring to win money so that Burnham can buy needed information.
Even on Enterprise, the Xindi Insectoids weren't that aggressive. They did realize the Reptilians were lying and confronted them about it, which got the ones on the ship that helped take the Weapon murdered as a result. After the Weapon was destroyed, Insectoids were permitted to rejoin the Council.

Owo had a mean right hook. She's a curious character having grown up in a Luddite community which I find interesting that there would be people like that and that she wanted to join Starfleet.

They survived until at least 2383 or 2384 as evidenced by their appearance in PRO. By then, though, they worked as security for Federation or Starfleet bosses at a base or facility on a snowy ice world.
