Exactly so.
Maybe Zora just likes the crew, she clearly has a personality unlike most AIs seen in Trek. She's shown clear concern for their mental wellbeing and safety.
With the events of recent days this if comforting enough that I don't want to look for faults. I did it find it funny that the computer will space regulators without even asking a "Are you sure?". 
They took the worst part from Nemesis and said "let's do that"
I didn't see a dune buggy scene so it's already far and away above Nemesis. And I generally like Nemesis. But, it still isn't great.

4 - the third season finale suffers from an utter lack of plot, the most surprising thing is the complete lack of surprises. There is nothing more than we already had discovered two weeks ago to the burn (whose cause is repeated over and over...do they think the audience is dumb?) or Su’kal, the aid by Zora is completely pointless, Gabriel doesn’t show up (well, she obviously sent the Vulcans...who do nothing), the negotiations were just to fill up time, Osyraa dies pointlessly, her ship is destroyed with no reason, her scientist serves almost no purpose. The episode is basically a collection of fistfights and gunfights and hastily done special effects that were obviously meant to “wow” the audience while being too dark and passing by too quickly to be taken in.
At the end both Saru and Tilly are fed up with command and Burnham becomes captain because.
Discovery is now a super starship that can go head to head with the federation fleet and Osyraa’s warship while having still the shields at 50%. And it has cavernous innards that looks bigger than the ship itself for no reason...but somehow crew has to share quarters?!
Oh well, I like the new uniforms much better than the old ones, at least.

Best part of the episode: the end music.

Well, the extended Discovery season finale... It was OK, plenty of action, and good fight scenes, but actually they made it feel padded, even if Osyraa was OK as a physical combat antagonist. So many questions about Grey. Also, question-wise, how fucking big is Discovery supposed to be? Is it a fucking TARDIS? It looked a ludicrously city sized open space in the turbolift chase. Seriously, WTF? As an aside, I'm sure the side view LCARS display in the turbolift control panel was a cross-section of Voyager's shape.

Also everyone asking about the huge interior areas in Discovery, remember the Federation had the technology by the 31st century to make vessels larger on the inside than the outside.

It probably made copies of itself in most available DOT's (whose memory banks would likely be large enough to house it by the 32nd century)... unless we learn in Sason 4 that some portion of the Sphere Data was destroyed while retaking Discovery what with how many DOT's were destroyed (which seemed a bit too simple quite frankly... would have thought that Zora would have had personal shields on the DOT's).
Anyway, Zora was a new intelligence (a combination of Sphere Data and Federation databases)... it also developed a connection with the crew, and probably adopted Starfleet's/Federation ideals in the process (including concepts like self-sacrifice, and not leaving anyone behind).

Either in space or on the warship, it’s not very clear. And then they destroy the warship with everyone onboard for no reason, risking to blow up discovery with it, while they could have just spore-jumped away.

So why did they have to dump and detonate the warp core at all? Was it just to destroy the enemy ship? They jumped out before the explosion, so it wasn't that they were trapped inside. Seems like they didn't need to risk nearly dying, they could have just jumped out without a ticking clock and let the rest of Starfleet handle the big ship.

Yes, but we've seen this vast interior in the first 2 seasons of Discovery as well - which doesn't track that well with the overall size of the ship.
Unless Starfleet was using a combination of holography as far as back in the 23rd century on those innards for some reason (but that wouldn't make too much sense since people wouldn't really be opening turbolifts in transit).
I guess its possible that with programmable matter, a lot of physical structures were simply removed, and now they are just materialized as needed (like we've seen here)... this may give an impression that the ship is larger, but to be fair, that interior is still too vast.
Also, that 'tardis technology' was seen when temporal technology was still widely used. It may have been temporal in origin (which wouldn't be allowed here - unless, some aspects of temporal tech were salvaged to the point to allow bigger interiors, but wouldn't allow time travel on its own).
