E is for the Enterprise-D, launched in 2363 under the command of Captain Jean-Luc Picard. She remained in service as the flagship of the Federation until her untimely destruction at Veridian III in 2371.
F is for Farragut. A ship Uhura was initially assigned to, until she told Spock about her 'oral sensitivity' which redirected her assignment to the Enterprise.
G is for the Gorn territorial claim to the Federation outpost on Cestus III.
H is for Hedril, the Cairn girl who reminded Lwaxana Troi of her dead daughter.
I is for Irene Hansen. Annika Hansen's/Seven of Nine's aunt.

K is for Koloth, legendary 23rd and 24th century Klingon officer and warrior.
L is for Lon Suder. The right tool at the right time. A little convenient don't you think?
M is for the Mars, the fourth planet in the Sol system and Sector 001. The first planet colonized by humans from Earth.
N is for Niles, a former member of Starfleet, who served with the Maquis under Calvin Hudson.
O is for osmotic eel, a waterborne lifeform that was used by Phlox, in a manner similar to a leech, to cleanse and heal wounds.
P is for Parmen, the leader of the psionic Platonians, whose pursuits amount to little more than self-amusement.
Q is for Qo'noS, the Klingon Homeworld.
R is for Rayna Kopec. I wonder if Flint designed her to be "full service"? Reminds me of an episode of "Archer" where the Russian spy gets turned into a cyborg. And she has certain parts that are removable for cleaning in the sink. Creepy.
S is for Solkar, the first Vulcan ambassador to Earth after the two worlds made First Contact.
