I'm gonna see if this works. I'm not sure what this thread is supposed to be for but I'm thinking those random things that make us think of Trek...including "non-canon" like literature and "future of trek" Pictures would be fun if possible

That’s a tricky one, since they are very show specific, but aren’t really conversational either. What do you think?

They kind of straddle fan fiction, games, and series-specific forums - in particular, I imagine fans of each individual series would be more able to follow the rules of the game (i.e. ideas and titles that would have been pitched in the era the show was written) and each one would get better/more ideas from fans/those familiar with a particular show.

"You are the captain" threads could go here, though.
