H is for Hikaru Sulu, the swashbucklung captain of the USS Excelsior.

K is for Klingons. Klingons in Star Trek include Koloth, L'Rell, Kurn, and Duras.
L is for Linguini, Leah Brahms' favorite dish.

N is for Nog, son of Rom, nephew of Quark.
O is for Orak, a Klingon Prosecutor. He eventually became Chancellor, at least according to non-canon sources.
P is for Proto-Matter, something apparently decried by honest scientists.
Q is for Q vs. Quark. A most unfortunate duell for the Ferengi and most entertaining for Brunt.
R is for Rom, surprisingly he ended up occupying the highest function in Ferengi society.
