Yes, it's Dr Fraiser from Stargate SG1. She's played by actress Teryl Rothery who, while she was Fraiser, was a brunette, but is currently a blonde. She's recently been in Cedar Cove.

I'm more into books and unfortunately my friends are spread all over the world so that I can hang out with them only online.
My mom is a scorpio, too. I hope you're less stubborn than she is (just kidding, don't worry. Mothers don't count, statistically, as they are more a natural force rather than being ordinary humans ). I'm an aries, btw. Are you into astrology?

Make sure to visit the Redshirt Lounge. The Lounges (there are different ones for the respective ranks) are imo the nicest part of the board. Traditionally, they have the friendliest Moderators and they are *the* place to meet people and make friends. Quite a lot of people from the lounges have become my real life friends over the years.
