I got used to the flags, that said I think the 2nd episode was the best, and wont be watching anymore of it.^I thought the second was better than the first, and the third was better than the second, but yeah, the best it's managed is average... and that fucking stupid flag transition is annoying the piss out of me.
yeah your arnt far off there.I haven't watched it, but your descriptions remind me of SG-1 ep '200', where they replaced all the castmembers with younger, angsty versions.
um this would be a problem even if Code 9 was good.If this keeps up, I wonder how they can cancel the series and make it apocryphal (i.e. not doom the London of the current Spooks universe to its eventual fate in Code 9).
Won't be watching after episode 2 or 3?I got used to the flags, that said I think the 2nd episode was the best, and wont be watching anymore of it.^I thought the second was better than the first, and the third was better than the second, but yeah, the best it's managed is average... and that fucking stupid flag transition is annoying the piss out of me.
Well to be fair there was a fair amount of angsting in Spooks anyway. But yeah, I thought the same thing.yeah your arnt far off there.I haven't watched it, but your descriptions remind me of SG-1 ep '200', where they replaced all the castmembers with younger, angsty versions.

That said considering the bomb goes off in 2012, Spooks may not be on air then, so it wont be a problem.
however lets say it is on air in 2012, um either an alt reality? a work of fiction by one of the Spooks?
We are lucky in that so far nothing from Spooks has appeared in Code 9, making it easier to write off, its only the title that makes this a Spooks spin off.
TBH I dont think Spooks will run till 2012 so it wont be a problem.
I think they said this next one may be the last series of Spooks, but I guess the way the keep replacing the cast, they could go on forever.[/quote]Won't be watching after episode 2 or 3?I got used to the flags, that said I think the 2nd episode was the best, and wont be watching anymore of it.^I thought the second was better than the first, and the third was better than the second, but yeah, the best it's managed is average... and that fucking stupid flag transition is annoying the piss out of me.

I know what you mean, but I suppose there's always possibilities. A lot of it would be down to convincing writing.I dunno, not sure who could step into Firth's shoes and be half as good.
a second season?I thought sunday's episode was pretty good, and is next week the season finale?
I'm actually looking forward to a second season.
They have to do one after the way they left this one.a second season?I thought sunday's episode was pretty good, and is next week the season finale?
