That aspect of T2 is why I abondoned the series at that point and never saw T3.I loved Terminator 3. It felt like a true sequel to the original whereas T2 was more of a Terminator meets Kindergarten Kop, feel-good sort of spin-off of the original Terminator.
I like both films, but have always thought Spider-Man 3 could and should have been so much more. T3, on the other hand, had clarity of purpose on it's side: blow shit up but good. And I love the ridiculously long chase scene.
Fictitiously yours, Trent Roman

T2s failings were not in it's visuals but in it's writings. The special effects were groundbreaking and the semi driving off into the aquaduct was great.T3 was a visual feast and the story was coherent, even if the characters weren't all that likable. As for Spidey 3, I've had a copy of it since it came out on DVD and I haven't bothered watching it yet.
