Space Vortex Painting (Slightly OT)

Hey guys. This painting is going to be the background for a cover of an upcoming ADB product. I wanted to show it off by itself because:

A) It's cool-looking

B) I painted it myself and normally I don't do that for backgrounds so this is kinda special

C) the ship models for the cover aren't done yet

Anyway, let me know what you think:

I would love to, but unfortunately they are not the ships called for for this particular cover. But I am revamping one of my other SFU models, so it'll look extra-good on this cover. I'll show it when it's ready.

There should be a tail end to the second arm of the spiral behind the vortex/first arm, but otherwise it looks great!

D'oh! You're right. Didn't even notice that.

Well, that part of the image will be mostly covered up by the title, hopefully it won't be too noticeable.
