I'm currently re-readin' DS9 Avatar, Books One & Two by S.D. Perry, since its this month's selection for the Pan-Geek Book Club.

Can't tell y'all how many times I've ready this story, but I still love it, even if the DS9 Relaunch has been more than a little disappointin' with the last couple of releases...

I'm reading Best Destiny right now, as it was mentioned by the writers of the new movie. Didn't quite finish it in time before I saw the movie.

I really am enjoying it. I thought I wasn't going to like a book about Young Jimmy Kirk, but it's great so far. I'm liking it better than Prime Directive, which I just finished.

On Basilisk Station by David Weber. Kiln People by David Brin. And Star Trek Vanguard Open Secrets just arrived in the mail. Too bad its not by David Mack for the trifecta.

Just started Summon The Thunder. I'm finding I don't remember that much about it, which is a nice way to revisit.

Just finished ST:Gods of Night (Great). 2 & 3 of the series should arrive shortly.

In the meantime, Stargate: Hydra is the next up:)

I recently finished A Time to Sow. I'm now about 1/3 of the way into A Time to Harvest. Next, I'll be reading Stargate SG-1: The Price You Pay.

I'm reading Warped by K W Jeter and still reading Mere Anarchy. Also reading The Unbearable Lightness of Being in Aberystwyth

Just finished George Pelecanos's The Night Gardener, which was a solid police procedural on top of being a solid Pelecanos novel. About to start Open Secrets, now that I have a copy at last.

While I've been spending most of my waking hours writing seminar papers (two down, one to go), I've been managing to squeeze in more reading than normal, mostly because all of my friends are also working on papers, and so no one will eat meals with me, giving me extra time to read.

Over the past couple days, I finished Green Arrow: Quiver by Kevin Smith, read all of Doctor Who: The Eyeless by Lance Parkin, and started Star Wars: Coruscant Nights III: Patterns of Force by Michael Reaves.

^ Because your local bookstore(s) have poor selection, or because you haven't been interested in the most recent titles released?

Fictitiously yours, Trent Roman

Mere Anarchy. finished Full Circle last night. i enjoyed it, even though i'd only bought it to spite the Janeway fans, i'm now glad i did. i will be buying Unworthy.

I read Warped when it was first published and haven't reread it, but I remember liking it and finding it an interesting experiment in doing Star Trek as Philip K. Dick-style science fiction.
