The site is topical to recent events in the United States. It was, presumably, constructed after it emerged that one of the less enlightened states (I don't recall which) had a legal loophole by which it was possible for a man of any age to marry a minor girl as long as the parents consented. Thus, this website 'marketing' daughters to prospective ephebophiles in exchange for a 'dowry'.

*lol* The website's content totally believable in itself up right to the testimonials. That's the first time I sensed that the owner of the website, which I knew to be Ordover, cannot be serious. Everything else is written like it's the most normal thing in the world to marry off one's daughter.
