doesn't fly - it needed to be at least when he decided to go back in time and even that doesn't work to get jim's pregnant mom on board in time - all it tells us is that those blueshirts need to invest serious efforts to solve that particular problem. if it had been the uss iowa on the other hand ...

I have no idea what you're talking about. The point of divergence was 2233 when the Narada appeared out of the black hole and destroyed the Kelvin. Winona Kirk being pregnant has nothing to do with anything.

If you are "from" somwhere, you were born there.

My sister has spent all but a year of her life in Utah (where my family currently resides), but, unlike myself and our two other biological siblings, she is not "from" Utah because she was born when my family lived in Tuscon, AZ.
