Only slightly SV related, but tonight I caught up on the last couple of episodes of Warehouse 13 before watching the new one. Towards the end of last week's, Claudia (who, for those who don't know, is played by Allison Scagliotti) kisses her guy friend who helped her in a pinch and said, "You're a Wonder Twin!"

I think Clark will start to fly after he has his dream state conversations with his father and the end to his 'dark hour' self-doubt garbage arc concludes. I read another statement on TV Guide last night from Kelly who stated that he's still in his darkest hour mode...this is the same woman who stated that last season's hour would be Clark's redemption hour. Make up your damn minds already guys lol!

90% of the footage is season 9 footage They've only completed episode 1 and 2 of season 10. Episode 3 is filming this week.
As for the iris, it's an injoke for Hawkman
it debuted in "Hostage"
Yeah I was going to state that the iris was first shown in "Hostage" and indeed an injoke for Michael Shanks.

You know if they really wanted to have done so they could have simply stated that Clark's lack of flying has to do with the original Kal-L's "leap buildings in a single bound" power which eventually evolved into Superman flying. Having every other Kryptonian who's ever been on the planet fly other than Clark just turns this concept into a joke though without a definite explanation other than oh Clark's inability to fly is just in his head.

The whole non-flying thing became a joke at the beginning of S4 when "Kal El" flew in the premiere...it has since been just ridiculous...Lex(Zod) flying, Bizarro, Kara, Brainiac, Martian Manhunter...Zod & The Kandorians...Hawkman...I wish they would have touched on it with Raya...but she didn't fly either. I can't remember...Lana can fly now too, right???
