Yeah Tom confirmed he hasn't seen or worn the suit in production yet...I wouldn't have been surprised if that was a prop. It does already look altered but we haven't really got a real good clear look at it yet. It reminds me of the suit we saw "photoshopped" or computer generated in that one image in the reflection on the Daily Planet globe of Superman lifting the plane to safety.

Unless Martha made the suit following some kind of Kryptonian design somehow viewed in the Fortress like in Secret Origins retconned Martha then yeah I don't see Smallville Martha making it. Giving it to him is a homage in of it's self though.

Regarding Chloe yeah it does seem you're right Proc...Chloe actually has Fate's helmet in her hands. I think this would be an outstanding end to Chloe's arc and I would totally geek out if they revealed Chloe had gone to train at Nanda Parbat and returns as the new Doctor Fate.

Well she is a politician so maybe she called in a few favors or asked for a Halloween costume to be made

As for the suit. I can tell the cape is new. It's not the fruit rollup version Routh wore.
Aside from the cape I do believe that it is an unmodified prop and not what we'll see in the end.

They needed a suit quickly so they just grabbed one from WB's warehouse probably.

Thanks AY, it does appear that I've gone and done a Dagman by calling this one right. I really hope I AM right, because as you said, it would be a terrific end to her her story arc.

As I said earlier in this thread, she could alter the records to make it appear that Chloe Sullivan never existed, in order to assume a new role and new identity. It seems that Geoff sowed the seeds for this in both 'Legion' and 'Absolute Justice'.

Speculation going around is that Chloe becomes the new Dr. Fate lol.

Chloe may disappear for a while after touching the helmet but she's got a big arc coming up.

I'm kind of surprised we're hearing about Chloe disappearing and Ollie chasing after her when...um..Ollie's gone himself right now. I supposed he returns from wherever (ahem Apokolips lol) he was taken by the non human (cough...Parademons) beings from the finale last season.

To me, the S insignia looks brighter/bigger but that could be because of lighting.

NEVERMIND: That photo linked makes it look almost identical to the Routh suit.

Okay one last thing about the suit. I think the cape is the Warrior angel version. It doesn't look like they took out the fruit roll up.

They just grabbed the suit off the rack.

Yeah I think the cape is the Warrior Angel version too...and as I've said I think Allison's deal is thirteen episodes spread out among the 22 much like Erica's original contract. Didn't we already confirm this like twenty pages back? Ollie joins the Suicide Squad? Interesting.

[edit] I think it would have been cool to have Batman as the villain S10...Bruce Wayne comes to Metropolis because of all the weird stuff happening trying to figure out what the hell is going on and The Blur & Batman start off in conflict but end up working together to stop the "Big Bad" of season 10. I'll stop know.

YES!!!! A friend of mine has a suggestion that the yellow electricity that glitters in Brainiac's eyes is actually Chloe using her Dr. Fate powers for revenge. My guess is that it's Lightning Lad or something like that. That just made my night.
