Should there be a comic or novel continuation of Starfleet Academy?

How charming. Hope you’re feeling better now. I’m assuming you’re paying your own internet bill, so in a sense I guess you already paid money to talk about Starfleet Academy with us here. ;)
lol. It’s gonna be hilarious to see how bad the viewing numbers will be for Season 02 if 01 truly only had 40,000 viewers total. Any company marketing SA as a comic or novel would be insane.

$5 a pop for a few story pages a month for a show I wasn’t enamored with, is steep.

Get it down to around $2-3 an issue then we’d talk.

If they were truly at 40,000 viewers, we wouldn’t be seeing a season two, even a complete one.

It would simply be better for them to hide it away and take the tax write off.

Seems the "my horse can run faster than your horse" crowd finds unsubstantiated numbers substantial.
  • Viewership Numbers: Reports indicate the show averaged approximately 40,000 viewers per episode.
  • Total Season Views: The entire first season reportedly had roughly 400,000 total views.
  • Context: Some reports suggest this low performance resulted in cancellation.
  • Comparisons: The figures were described as one of the most shocking flops in modern streaming.

Trolling
Earlie reports indicated 2.1M just for the first two episodes, so the 40,000 per episode seems nonsense someone has plucked out of thin air. But you've made your POV abundantly clear - its not your cup of tea.

SA has prob set back any new Star Trek series’ prob another decade. Same thing that happened when “Enterprise” aired. The series’ were so awful it, literally, killed the entire franchise. SA makes “Enterprise” and “Section 31” look Oscar award winning. Hopefully, time travel is reinstated in SA’s century and some merciful being with erase them from the timeline. What’s said is that it didn’t have to turn out like this. This was nothing but 90210 in space, combined with “The Birdcage.”

I do always love it when we get new members who confuse their opinions with facts.

Hopefully your following posts will be more interesting instead of basic bashing. We've got enough of those attention seekers here already.

This is hilarious, the biggest website claiming this, is OutKick.com, a right leaning website owned by Fox claiming to be woke-free, and there stats are known to be commentary based, not fact based.
Yup, there figures are absolutely 100% trustworthy. No doubt.

I just gave you a warning yesterday for anti-LGBTQ+ comments and yet here you go again. You seem to be unwilling to adjust your tone. So this is another trolling warning for the vaguely homophobic “Birdcage” remark. Again, dial it way down, or you’ll be invited to find your bliss elsewhere.

EDIT to add: Bye bye. 👋
