Shinzon's DNA in light of Picard show revelations

Wait, when was this said? And how would that even work, when humans don’t have identical DNA?
In real life DNA of all humans is over 90% identical: https://www.amacad.org/publication/daedalus/unequal-nature-geneticists-perspective-human-differences . There are other science sources, a quick google search can confirm too tired to look for other sources.

The transporter copied over the common DNA of all humans to save power, per Geordi's claim in Picard S3 (this is what the changelings sabotaged to turn all humans who transported over into Borg, and even aliens like Bajoran Miura so presumably known alien species DNA was in the templates as well). Since Picard's Borg alterations required severe changes like telepathic links etc. to the collective that are beyond any human, it would likely be DNA changes well beyond the 1% or whatever "normal" differences among humans. Such a drastic DNA alteration to the very core of a human being would probably be "repaired" the moment Picard was transported after assmilation
