Spoilers She-Hulk: Attorney at Law discussion thread

I wasn't a fan of that episode at all. I thought it was dumb, boring, and Madisynn was annoying. I guess the last two weeks was a two part episode or something because the shift from last week to this week (No Halloway) seemed quite big. Hopefully next week will be better. The only thing I liked about this episode was seeing She-Hulk and Wong working together, but other than that, it didn't work for me.

Well Matt Murdock is supposed to show up which should be interesting, considering he’s NY based.

IMDB rating for this show went DOWN after the twerking scene, which is unusual. Usually a show gets review bombed in the beginning and then people stop watching, leaving only fans. Thus, the score climbs slightly UP. IN this case, its going down meaning the people who actually watch the show don't like it.

Was that person she was doing the twerking with an actual celebrity? I didn’t recognise her.

I can't believe I actually know who Megan Thee Stallion is and so many other people on here don't. Usually I'm the clueless one, and everyone has to explain that stuff to me.
I think he was just there for She-Hulk and having Jen show up in the kitchen spooked him. He was just there for the big green gal unfortunately.
Yeah, that was my impression as well, he definitely seemed run off as soon as he realized she wasn't She-Hulk all the time.

Cousin Larry with the shovel was a hoot.
I thought that was her dad?

This episode was a lot of fun.
The whole legal case with Wong was a lot of fun, especially Madissyn, her and Wong were hilarious. Benedict Wong as Wong is quickly one of my favorite parts of the MCU.
I thought David Blaze and his sidekick were pretty funny too.
The whole fight with the demons Blaze released was a nice bit of superhero action.
Jen's attempts at dating both as herself and She-Hulk were pretty good too.

I thought so too. Well, not the sibling part.

I'm really glad I wasn't the only one who thought this! There was something about her voice too, for about ten seconds I genuinely wondered if it was some kind of crazy Elizabeth Olsen cameo!

I was familiar with the name, Megan The Stallion but I couldn't point her out if my life depended on it before the episode and I am guessing my ability to do so will go back to that in the future unless she makes some great song I like.

I am liking the show. Not surprised it's not popular though. Ally McBeal in the MCU is not going to be everyone's cup of tea. The main actress is doing all the heavy lifting though for this show. Her and Wong. Ally McBeal actually had a very great and fun supporting cast.

Single Female Lawyer, sorry I mean Ally McBeal (which I was a huge fan of back in the day) did have a 45 minute run time to fill though so it needed that extended cast.

Not always...

In this half hour version of the FOX top rated show Ally McBeal, David E. Kelley adds un-aired scenes of the original show. Plus, he cut all the court stories, making the show about Ally's personal stories only.

Never seen it, and I likely never will.
