Not sure why, but the pictures posted by Just a Bill where visible for a for days then turned into "CONTENT NOT VIEWABLE IN YOUR REGION" messages. Is it something to do with the hosting site "imgur"?

Spot on! The only way for us UK residents to log into or view Imgur content now is by using a VPN

Not a huge problem - just means we have to use Opera (or another VPN, but Opera is free!) to view posts or images until Imgur can reach an agreement.
