Series 12 News & Spoilers

No, there isn't. We get the season premiere New Year's Day, followed by new episodes on each Sunday.
THe debated question is how the Spy fall two parter fits into the 10 episodes. Is it 10 including a two parter (so11) , or 10 including a two parter (so eight more after Spyfall). Suspect the latter, with wishful thinking for the former.

A message for Graham. Click at your own risk...

Why would he get the time lord email box that the 11th Doctor got?! There's no Gallifrey to open up a post office with anymore... or why the Gallifreyans would send out junk mail to any old squishy meatbag DNA thing...

Having said that, with luck the episode will explain what it's about. Right now I'm more interested in why they're mopping up the floor with what looks like a gigantic alligator tail almost blotted out by the ambient darkness of the low-lit console room set. Transplanting an endangered species? Or taking on a new companion - a first in that it's a non-humanoid companion, albeit one that also has bladder control problems?

Well, that was an interesting bit of production design, making the collect-them-all coupon-teleport the same size, shape, color, and glow as a Time-Lord messaging cube. Oversight, or did they actually want to mess with us with the promos?

It's not the same - different size, shape and colour - the modern version of what you are describing is a box (plain) within a box (designs on plexiglass cover) although a lot of people missed that. Graham has a single box with designs on it. The original 60s version was just an entirely plain box.

The BBC's new trailer for the second half of the series features a quick shot of Ian Gelder from Game of Thrones (amongst other things) looking spooky in the TARDIS. Which becomes more interesting when you realise he did the voice for the 'Timeless Child' speech in "The Ghost Monument"...
