Well, let see...
Caretaker - solid storyline despite some convulted elements, but then, practically all Star Trek pilots are great.
Parallax - Fine devolepment of B´Elanna but the story is huge step down in quality. Anomaly of the week and not very interesting one.
Time and again - Super humanoid aliens using arabic numbers and even describing their chronology to people they think are their own kind. Time travel story with reset button. It´s geek´s nightmare and sub-standard TNG.
Phage - The first solid story after the pilot. Vidians are intriguin concept like villians of absolutely different kind than Kazons. Their need of stealing organs is however inconsistent with their supposed level of development... ¨
The Cloud - TNG for pre-school children.
Eye of the Needle - Too early to use known race and too early to use the false promise of return.
Ex post Facto - The weak DS9 episode.
Emanations - Not too mach intriguing. Braga is one of those atheists who are fascinated by religion but he sucks in it.
Prime factors - Altough the ending is predictable the idea of Voyager being forced to submit under alien Prime directive is quite clever. Another S1 favorite of mine.
State of Flux - Seska shows her true cardassian colors. Excellent!!
Heroes and Demons - Start of devolepment for Doctor. However, for a price of mysterious alien force playing with Holodeck. Pity.
Cathexis - Season 3 TOS episode.
Faces - Like many Star Trek installments about cloning/genetics, this one is going far beyond borders of absurdity. Only positive is probably seeing two different B´Elannas which can give guy a few interesting ideas before sleep.
Jetrel - As you probably know, this was intentionaly done to replicate DS9´s Duet. It isn´t on the same level but far from being bad.
Learning Curve - I don´t remember this one much. I think it was tolerable though.
So, it seems I like 6 out of 15 stories. Pretty bad start.
