Spoilers Season 2 Publicity Photos

Using that Orville tech eh? I hope she has a better name for her disguise than they did. :)

PS. I know they had the holo tech in Trek as well.
 
I wonder how Georgiou or, more accurately, Section 31 figures into this.

Also, I wonder if they'll stick to keeping Number One more mathematically-minded?
 
You’d think Section 31 would be interested in her since she should know the next 10 years of Prime history. They could use that information to make themselves more powerful in the quadrants.
 
These look pretty good. Unconventional Spock, but I like it.

Dangerous to read too much into publicity pics, but I’m much more excited by these than what we got in season one. Happy to see some exploration.
 
I think this season has the potential to be really rich and pretty amazing. I just hope they had a fully-realized story that is cohesive from start to finish, and that they haven't tried to cram too much into the limited number of episodes.
 
Glad to see they are keeping Number One in pants just like she was originally. Not totally sold on the hair do, though. Very curious to see what the character is like. I hope she has a decent amount of screen time.

It has a very 50's & 60's style appearance to me.

I don’t get why people think they wouldn’t have her in trousers. This is 2018. They don’t even allow the Mirror universe to show midriffs. :)

That and she was always seen in them.

There was a red shirt in the last trailer wearing a skirt. Or was it a publicity photo, either way it's there.

But yeah, she did wear pants in 'The Cage'. So I guess it shouldn't be a surprise.
 
Oh, the style is comparable to the older series, I just didn't think it was as flattering as it could be. Majel's had softer bangs. It's perfectly serviceable and I am sure I'll get used to it.
 
Um, any Discovery trailer with Klingons in it? ;) But hey, we can go back to discussing the grooming habits of Vulcan hybrids. :nyah:
