Scubs is ending...

Funny how everyone was confused by Kelso being there, but not by JD and whatsername (blonde booby doctor) having kissed "a few weeks ago."
I confess, I just started putting Scrubs into my Hulu queue a few weeks ago. Up until then, I wasn't watching things in any kind of order - just caught the show when it was on randomly.

So give the writers a flippin fair chance and judge the episode on it's own merit and not as a season finale. Overall the episode was new, original and quite funny and you know the actors enjoyed doing the whole fairytale plot.
Oh, I'm sure the actors had a blast, but I thought most of the fairy tale was lame. *shrug* I liked Dr. Cox telling his son a bedtime story as the frame, and I liked the story of the patient, but I thought most of the fairy tale was tired bordering on stupid.

I was further confused by the miraculous resurrection of Nurse Roberts, who died last season. Now, I distantly recall reading an article where they said they would introduce her twin sister, but I don't remember them actually doing this in the show. Am I mistaken?

Of course, NBC also referred to the Thursday 30 Rock and My Name Is Earl episodes as "finales"...and we know they aren't likely to be shut down anytime soon.

I really wish they'd aired in order...I hope they can find a way to work Kelso (as a patient maybe?) into next season on ABC.

Early in the season they said that she was her sister.

Yeah, that's Laverne's sister, Shirley. ;)

She was introduced a while back, with JD commenting that she looked familiar when we first got a glimpse of her.

No, My Name is Earl has a one-hour season finale next week. They did advertise it, however.

Oh, that's right...extended episodes for both Earl and the Office next week. They still have to get rid of Alyssa Milano!

But I just checked TiVo and at 16mins in they chiron in "30 Rock Finale Now". I wouldn't be surprised if, due to issues like the possible SAG strike they're just covering their asses there. ;)

30 ROCK has been picked up for a 3rd season.

The episode was great, had it been aired as S7x09 and not a supposed 'finale'. There'S too many loose ends still.
Plus, I hope the JD/Eliot storyline gets closure - there's been so much foreshadowing.

Sarah Chalke has been pretty good as Stella on "How I Met Your Mother", but I'm reasonably certain her recurring role ain't gonna last...certainly based on the foreshadowing of the goat thing recently.
