After major holidays and their own film coming out? No. I would imagine that they will be releasing at 3 months, especially with the Super Bowl coming up.
 
It's way too late for that now, my friend. The toys are already on the container ships.

It's kind of making me wonder, how late would they leave an announcement of a postponement? Because the void surrounding this movie makes no sense if they are planning to make a May release.

And while this doesn't mean anything regarding the movie itself, Solo's near-silent promo campaign is starting to remind me of Fant4stic... which at least released a teaser seven months before its release.
 
I'm wondering if the lack of promotion doesn't go back to the behind the scenes drama. I could also see them waiting until TLJ was out and had slowed down so they don't have to worry about it being overshadowed.

They don't want to compete against themselves. It's not that difficult.
