Well that's true. They've all razzed him about his little mind trips, so for one or more of them to start engaging in the behaviour themselves would definitely be inconsistent.

But for the people who want to see further adventures of Dr. Cox, or Turk, or Janitor, more power to them. I certainly wouldn't begrude anyone enjoying seeing these guys on TV.

Maybe they could call it AfterSCRUBS.

Hmm maybe make the show focus entirely on Doctor Cox and I might continue to watch, but without JD it would lose something.

I think the rest of the cast leaves with Braff... and it won't be Scrubs with a bunch of newbies and maybe the janitor or something. I'll quit watching after this season no matter what.

Totally agree. Scrubs without JD/Braff would be like continuing The X-Files without Mulder, or Batman being someone other than Bruce Wayne.

Actually, I thought The X-Files got a lot better without Fox Mulder. I loved John Doggett.

And Batman Beyond was good, too.

Although that's a slightly different thing because Bruce Wayne was still on Batman Beyond, he just wasn't Batman anymore.

Never got into Scrubs, not sure why. I have seen it a few times and liked what I saw. I love Garden State and I can see that Braff has talent.
I would say that shows without their central character are never the same, better to end while they are at their best.
