Sarek enters

Sarek: I will take my leave of you now, Captain. I do not think we shall meet again.

 

[Leandar]

Picard: I hope you are wrong, Ambassador.

 

[LeadHead]

Sarek: We shall always retain the best part of the other inside us.

 

[Leandar]

Picard: I think that I have the better part of that bargain, Ambassador. (raises hand in Vulcan salute) Peace and long life.

 

[LeadHead]

Sarek makes the traditional hand salute

Sarek: Live Long and Prosper.

Sarek take his place on the transporter pad, and holds his wifes hand as he, Perrin, Mendrossen and Sakath beam away.

Holy freakin.... this started 2 days and 5 hours ago essentially!

That's a record, I'm not sure if on Balance, if Best of Both Worlds beats it, (since it's a 2 parter) I remember Vanyel and I had 2 major posting evenings on that one!

Yikes, that HAS to be a single episode record! I remember starting posting today in the scene where Beverly is talking to Deanna about slapping Wesley. While I was enjoying our marathon run, I had no thought or comprehension that we might actually finish the entire episode!

 

[LeadHead]

I think this one wins overall, Best of Both Worlds ended up being 4 days, 15 hours and 33 minutes from first line to the end. More than double our time here by several hours.
