Russell T. Davies Returns to Doctor Who as New Showrunner

That sounds a little like people refusing to tip because they think service workers should be earning a living wage. They're right, but that doesn't help now.
If his participating or not participating would have made a substantive difference I might agree, but I don’t think anyone declined to help the NHS because Chris Eccleston didn’t film a 15-second clip for the Big Night In.

I would think a companion’s family member would be more likely to be framed as a recurring character rather than as a guest lead, and would be needed for more than one or maybe two episodes’ worth of filming in the first, shorter chunk of filming. Given the way filming is split, I have to wonder if they’re starting with a few specials and then doing the series in the second chunk, in which case this character might be limited to a single special.

In the post-No Way Home era saying you're not doing something is basically proof that you are. :)

Anyway, only four weeks to go until shooting starts, so unless it's all being shot behind closed doors we should start to find thing out before too long.

So, is the 60th anniversary going to be the first RTD return episode? I'm a bit behind in the news, so I'm not sure what is known about the anniversary, but I didn't think that RTD's new series had started filming, so I don't know if the anniversary is Chibnall's last thing or part of RTD's return.

Haven't changed a bit.

I know, I watched it… on the one hand ‘not endorsed by epic’ on the other ‘unlock a free spray emoticon’ and… the closing date is after next season. Not sure how to feel about Who x Fortnite… it is ultimately a game that depends on shooting people in the face.

Edit:
Oh that is a different video. I still don’t know whether to be excited or shake my head in despair.

That is not a good promo picture because, unless you're aware it's for a movie, it makes Catherine look like she's fallen apart physically.
Yup. Made me look twice.

Unfortunately, Fortnite is the new marketing tool.
