The peace-loving people (and mutated people and artificial people) of Super New England do not approve of unprovoked aggression or violations of sovereignty. We shall pay any price, bear any burden, meet any hardship, support any friend, oppose any foe, in order to assure the survival and the success of liberty.

I also support the process of peace. Me putting my troops on alert is simply a protective measure should the troops amassed in Texas decide to cross the wrong border. We will NOT launch a preemptive strike against anyone.
In the interests of peace and proseperity, I gladly cede Oklahoma to Captcalhoun, but I retain my claim to the counties of Montague, Wise, Tarrant, and Dallas in Texas.
As the wise and gracious Miss Chicken now permits larger territories, I humbly request Belarus, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Serbia, Croatia, Bosnia, and Albania be added to my holdings.

I gave the planets/moons away in a thread several years ago, so yes, they are mine to give.
All former leases on the Solar System are voide. RJ gets the Moon and AstroSmurf gets Mars. Miss Chicken will retain the Sun.
In accordance with the peace treaty between our peoples, the REA Military Secretary and our Joint Chiefs have ordered two battalions of Abrams tanks, two ground cavalry brigades, two battalions of air cavalry, three squadrons of AH-64 helicopters, two A-10 wings, two F-22 wings, two F/A-18 wings each deployed to the western borders of Arkansas and Louisiana.
