We've skipped a scene.
Shoreline, Sisko and Bashir on one side, Garak, Nog, Rematak'lan and Jem'Hadar on the other.
Rematak'lan: You may go.
Garak and Nog start walking, Sisko and Bashir do as well. Nog starts to speed up.
Garak: Now, don't get too far ahead Nog. We don't want to startle anyone.
The two walking groups get closer
Garak: Ah, good afternoon Captain, Doctor.
Sisko: Are you two all right?
Garak: Perfect. How are you?
Bashir: Felt better.
the exchange completes.

JAKE: You sure? I got a message from Vedek Yassim saying the protest was starting at exactly fourteen hundred.

We see that Yassim has a noose around her neck and she steps off of the second level, beginning to fall. Kira starts to run toward her but is held back by Odo and Jake. Yassim runs out of rope, and her Vedek hat hits the ground as a stunned Promenede watches.
Back in the Dominion Cave... Sisko and Bashir are escorted in. Bashir rushes to Keevan and starts examining him.
Keevan: Captain Sisko, my name is Keevan. We have a lot to talk about.
