Also, my comment about ridiculousness was in relation to cascading shutdowns of things, which feels to me like a disproportionate overreaction.

You weren't wrong to express your opinion.

It's more that you were sarcastic and dismissive in tone to my argument, and have remained this way even when my prediction was proven to be correct.

After my last post I realized that most of the stuff is only being delayed until the end of the month, so most of this stuff is probably going to be up and running again in a couple weeks.

This whole thing is a moving target. In a couple weeks, they might determine that they need to delay even more. We just don't know yet.

Hopefully writers, showrunners, etc. can use the time to come up with excellent stories for next season.
I wonder how feasible it would be to shoot smaller scenes that don't require as many production staff to be around. Maybe not so much, since there is a lot happening on set during any shoot.
