Interesting finale ... Henry is dead, killed in a joust by an incognito Francis. Lola goes into labor, and Mary tells Francis he's the daddy. The Darkness was a deranged man, not a beast.
It was funny watching the ending. Mary goes, "Francis, you must go to Lola. She's giving birth to your child!" Then a couple minutes later, "Francis, don't go. There's going to be a plague!"![]()
I never thought I'd get hooked on this show.

Reign is an American historical fiction television series following the early years of Mary, Queen of Scots http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reign_(TV_series) -- Response to the show has been mixed, with various critics highlighting the show's focus on romance and teenage drama instead of historical accuracy.
Question: How historically accurate is this show? Mary Queen of Scots ruled two centuries after the Black Death in Europe.
its not very accurate at all really. Bash did not exist and most of Mary's ladies in waiting were much younger. in their early teens i believe.
So they killed Castleroy and his entire family?
I was also disappointed that Pascal died of the plague. I was hoping that the revelation towards the end of last season that Bash killed his family would actually mean something.
