S3: The closest Trek has come to consistent DS9-quality since DS9 ended.
S4: Perhaps a little too much fanwank, but at least it did it well.
S2: The first half was awful, but people tend to forget how good the second half really was. Basically every episode after 'Stigma' was at least solid. Even the Borg ep. was really good, IMO.
S1: Broken Bow is, perhaps, Trek's best pilot. Some other solid eps, but, IMO, is the only season with more misses than hits.

I have to admit I haven't watched many of the episodes since they first aired, But I'd probably rate them 4, 3, 1, 2.
Season 4 was a bit fanwanky. But I liked it for the most part. Although I think Manny Coto needed a slightly shorter leash. Or just a leash at all. The Klingon arc was unnecessary, but I liked it for what it was and it did it's job.
We only got small tastes of what the show could have been. I would have loved Shran to join the Enterprise crew at some point. And after the Federation is formed, there could be a ship launched with members of all four planets.

3 - Really developed Ent into its own thing - doing something that *no* trek series had attempted before. I liked the sense of danger and the arc.

I suppose you could call me a very casual Enterprise fan - but the only season I would rewatch on purpose would be season 3.

I think of Seasons 1-2 as a mixed bag, with only a handful of episodes that I actually enjoy; can't really pick which one I liked more. Season 3 is amazing and easily my favorite. But I wouldn't have watched Season 3 if they hadn't brought in all the continuity with the other Treks for Season 4, which I also loved.
