As someone that has been around hunting dogs and my house dogs all of my 63 years, I fully agree, caveat emptor. Not to mention all those kitty cats.
There has to be a scientific study on that , i suspect some sort of 'directional vent' would be required.
Another funny thing about that Farmer's Dog crap is that they say it's "portioned for your dog". Nobody knows how much a dog feels like eating, better than the dog itself (and perhaps its owners). Certainly not a bunch of bean-counters who've never met the animal! That's almost as funny as the mere act of using the word 'portion' as a verb.
Yeah, they might try to use all their science and numbers to guess, but it's never going to really work for every dog the way they like to pretend it does. Oh definitely, and what's the best possible food isn't even going to be the same for every dog. I didn't mean to imply that something like The Farmer's Dogs was the best food, I just meant that since the dogs don't know the difference, it's up to us to pick what's best for them. You'd be amazed, there's a lot of stuff our dogs will turn their noses up at if you try to feed it to them.
Bullshiters are gonna bullshit to turn a few bucks. It's the way of the world, always watch your back and front.
Random TARDIS in Detroit! I was literally just looking around the surburbs and saw this tag! https://earth.google.com/web/@42.35...=IhoKFktaVmE1REgwa2I0aE5LSnNHRXlwb1EQAjoDCgEw
The last couple times we've gone to one of the parks where we walk the dogs, there's been something big rustling in the bushes that are part of this big swampy area with a solid wall of bushes and trees you can't see through. We've seen a whole pack of 3 or coyotes in the area, and also not the best part of town. We've both agreed that no matter if it's human or animal, the fact that it's hiding and following us from inside the bushes, is probably a sign that it's not a person or animal that we want to run into.
Today was the first morning I had to pull out a hoodie to wear over my shirt. But the days still get up to mid 20's. My new house is poorly insulated. Heat costs are through the roof. I'm going to have insulation added but because it's so old and has vaulted ceilings I can't add to the main section. So my girlfriend will have to get used to 13 degree nights and 16 degree days. My cat will be the cuddliest cat in the world! I used to do 12 at night but my new furniture is live edge, 13 is the safe low for it.

The new TV show the Irrational isn’t as good as the old show Cracker. Both are essentially identical concepts. But Cracker is more raw. I say this liking both actors.
A new local mexican restaurant is doing draws for local businesses. Prize is a giant mexican meal. The only rules are it's a business office within city limits. My company is 100% remote but the business uses my address and so technically I qualify. I submitted myself.
