The fan made Metaluna trek ship and Elon’s craft, along with JJ and TOS all combine here to make something well and truly timeless.
Dreamy.
I want a vibe like what we got with an old film called BLESS THE BEASTS AND CHILDREN.
That had an ethereal nature to it, like VANISHING POINT.
And this…and the new Batmobile btw, are heirs to the 1970 Dodge Challenger R/T…a divine flow…

I often wondered what became of those ships in the Admiral Janeway timeline, where it took Voyager another 16 years to get home. Voyager would've crossed the Delta-Beta Quadrant border around 2378/2379, presumably.

they appear to be floating to me.
Looks more like they take up the entire surface of the console and there are no defined borders or edges to these control interfaces like you'd have on other Federation starships.
ETA: Oh, I see what you mean now. They could be, but they're also casting a shadow so it might be a thin transparent display screen that's situated several inches above the rest of the console?

Nice. Those LCARS are some excellent work. Also, possible warp bubble display?
Looks like a warp bubble display to me! 
Solid holograms of the LCARS might be what we are seeing. Like a hologram of the glass panel we normally see and then raised an inch or two above the console itself, which.... is a way better way to update traditional lcars!
and being holograms they won't explode or contain rocks

Why do they all have a blue tinge like there out of focus? CLEAN YOUR HOLO LENSES!

I’m not sure why those ships would have had a Janeway hologram installed in them.
