Spoilers "Primal" (season three)

While I'd like to just post this in my thread for the show, the last post was in 2019 and I'd probably get a serious finger wagging over doing it. The old thread:

Anyway, to recap the series (light to moderate spoilers; no serious spoilers in my post):

Turns out season one was just to let us get to know the characters and the world they live in, then the season one finale happened.

Season two was an entire season-long arc; it was brutal, painful, unforgiving, dark, disturbing and compelling. Then season two ended on what was surely a series-changing event.

Season 3 started dropping this year. Another ten episode run, it began in February and will be concluded March 15. This is not what I was expecting based upon the closing of the season two finale, but I'm still engaged and watching avidly. I've already watched all four free episodes on AdultSwim.com

I'm already getting the feeling I know what will happen at the end of the season, but I'm still in it. This is (aside from the Bates/Higgenbottom scoring) what good television can be. I don't want to say more and spoil anything.

Anybody else watching?

My goodness, yes. It’s been two and a half seasons of “I can’t believe they went there”, but in a really good, compelling way.

Finished episodes five and six today (slowly being unlocked for free on AdultSwim). Four left to go -- the final episode (10) airs Sunday.

Episode six
kind of brings Fang and Spear back together.

Finished episode seven today, the end is where it starts in what will no doubt be big three episode battle and tear jerker. Like I said, I'm pretty sure I know where this is going. If right, many people are going to have a sad.

EDIT:

Film Music Reporter link to news about a soundtrack for season three (small selections). Titles from the last cues are SPOILERS, as the final three episodes are still still fairly new and the final episode aired Sunday.

I just finished the season three finale, which as of today is not locked and is free on AdultSwim.com

I have to say, I am pleasantly surprised. The bittersweet devastating finale I thought was going to happen, all fell apart in the last two episodes.

Here's to hoping for season four. Good stuff. Wish more people would check this out.

The ending does -- if there is a season four -- take away from any potential drama and danger elements for the characters. But we also know that at some point he'll somehow get his hand back.
