I'm sure this will cause lots of headaches at Memory Alpha.
I just realised that Kyle and Darem represent the two halves of Jay-den that he is having trouble resolving. Kyle represents Jay-den's gentleness and openness and Darem represents the combative, aggressive Klingon side. It's also interesting that Darem seems to really respond to Jay-den's softness but also encourages him to be assertive and Kyle just passes no judgement or has any expectations. All of which are traits that Jay-den needs in himself to find peace.
I actually thought they were setting up a love triangle with Caleb and Genesis, and I'm not sure I'm happy they avoided it because I think the two actors have a lot more chemistry than Tarima and Caleb. I also was disappointed that Caleb didn't mention the fact that B'Avi died to save him.
I don't think they entirely closed the door. Last episode Caleb pretty explicitly stated he felt something for Genesis for a moment.
Pretty sure they're not going to go full love triangle, but if Tarima fizzles out in the second season, it's right there waiting.
We probably shouldnt be surprised, but
There seems to be some bizarre impression that the purchase of Paramount by a maga ally would result in an immediate change as if current contracts aren't a thing that exists and the resulting meltdowns the far right have that their insane assumption isn't met is hilarious.
I genuinely don't how someone who claims to love Star Trek as much as this douchebag does seems to be the embodiment of everything that Trek isn't. RMB truly represents the worst of trek fandom. IDIC or GTFO.

I absolutely love what they’re doing with Kyle, Jay’den and Darem. Jayle (or wha ever the ship name is lol) is so good and well written but Jarem (wow I’m bad at ship names) is so interesting! I hope the writers don’t mess this up also on an unrelated note any big WLW pairings? GenesisxSam maybe
