Thanks for your positive comments and support. Here is the latest offering...... I'm working on weapons. Haven't figured out how to do shields yet. The next job is to do a longer video, as you have suggested and also change the ship's registry & name. (She has had a further 'tweak' in this video - beware haters!

Saw this on Facebook. What's that big rectangle on the saucer? It looks like someone accidently put the Franklin's bridge window on the Enterprise-A.

It actually looks like the impulse engine (it's in the right place) but that would mean we are looking at the rear of the ship which it clearly is not, it can't be a bridge window it's too low in the saucer, perhaps it is like a really large ten forward window.

Probably just light reflecting off the bevelled edge, it's doing the same with the deflector.

If it was that, the Enterprise-A saucer would be the size of the Franklin's.
Yeah, because in the Kelvin movies (or in the Prime movies for that matter) they are real sticklers to ship sizes and ratios. Besides we don't even know the origin of the pic. It could be just fan art.

I'm wondering if the rectangle is just light from a group of windows on the very front of the saucer. There appears to be 4 similar groupings lining the saucer as well--2 on each side of the brighter one. Perhaps the centre one is simply a brighter group of windows, or maybe there's more of them?
