Rescale the Enterprise so that humans can fit in it correctly. As it stands at 305m, I don't think you can have two decks of windows on the saucer rim - unless crewed by Hobbits.
For something completely different... what if a TMP-type was modified as a quad-nacelle proof-of-concept, prior to the Constellation? I also added an additional strut with an aft photorp. (Original art from Drex Files)
