Pitch a Film for Paramount+

I always wanted a movie based on Kirk’s time on the Farragut but honestly I would love a Captain Sulu either live action and or animated film featuring John Cho. And you can leave it ambiguously so it can either be a prime universe adventure or a kelvin timeline adventure.

An idea I had for the 50th might still work for the 60th

While transporting legendary delegates Saavik and T'pol, the Excelsior is attacked by the Suliban and flung roughly 100 years into the future. With the help of the USS Titan (commanded by William Riker) and the crew of DS9, our heroes must find the secret Suliban base and retrieve the temporal device involved in bringing the Excelsior into the future and use it to return to the proper timeline.

Movie features characters from TOS, TNG, DS9, and VOY

The timeline doesn't add up at all. Assuming T'Pol dies of natural causes at the end of a two hundred year Vulcan lifespan, that would place her death sometime in the 2290s. Saavik would not be a "legendary delegate" at this point, at most she'd be a newly promoted Lt. Commander. And that still feels like being generous.

So your only complaint in regards the timeline not adding up is my calling Saavik a legendary diplomat? OK, poor choice of words on my part, I guess. I mean, the character is legendary to the audience, so there is that.

We don't know what Saavik did after the events of Star Trek III/beginning of IV.

OK, keep her as a Lt. Cmdr serving on the Excelsior.

Actor/Actress ages is the biggest hurdle in using most or all these characters as they all would appear older than they should, except T'pol.

Star Trek has become a strange mix of Star Wars and flat out fantasy. I'd look for a hard SF idea and run with it.

How about: The Enterprise crew come across some aliens on a planet that have insane technology, which the Federation badly needs (could even be a weapon) - maybe the Klingons are going to be after it too. But they aren't warp capable, so the prime directive applies. But the aliens have this incredible telescope that allows them to 'see' that there are other civilisations out there - but of course they are looking into the past. The crew want to reveal themselves as 'earthmen' - but the aliens are looking at primitive savages from the past, and how will this knowledge of mankind in the past affect how they deal with them now?

Instead though, we'll get movies where there is a baddie who wants some sort of revenge and has a big ship. Star Trek will try to ape the success of other movies like GOTG and Suicide Squad to ever decreasing audiences.
