Posted these in the AL, but here some pictures of our nursery for our pending baby girl. It's not finished, but close enough to get the idea.

I love the chandelier. There's so much great stuff out there for little girls these days!

Latest pics of my mom's garden:

God, I hate that place. Worst four years of my life were spent living in Niagara Falls, ON.

The natural wonder of the world? Awesome.

The city? Fucking hell hole.
I only spent a weekend there and I'm glad of that (although I do like the canadian side better than the US side).
I kind of agree. It's looks like a mini Las Vegas there. To me as a European who hasnt been across the pond much, it's kinda cool, but I can see what you mean, its extremely commercialized. Didnt go to the US side, but I presume its no different.
Still loved being there though :).

Anyways, on our way back from Niagara Falls, we made a stop in Mount Hope (near Hamilton), to see the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. Great museum with a nice selection of aircraft.

It's always nice to see your face, J. Good picture, and it's good to see you smiling. :)

Thank you, Kestra! :D

Indeed, it's too bad you're so hard on yourself sometimes. Just from your pictures alone you look kind which I'm sure you give off in person too! You obviously do in your posts, after all.

So here's how I spent my Canada Day:

I know. I looked thrilled.

Great beard. Just right.

Speaking of which, are you still growing yours?

Shaved it off months ago. Mind you, just earlier today I was thinking that I want to regrow it at some point. Maybe in the winter when it gets cold again. I might turn it into a tradition - grow it around Christmas-time, shave it off when Spring arrives! :D
