Thanks. :D

I'm going to keep spiking it. I hate hair gel, but she gave me this stuff that goes on sensitive skin (my scalp is very sensitive) and it's not itching, burning or anything! :D

Moi. Village Photos is down, so I had to go with Photobucket. :(

Still very pretty :D ;)

I've mentioned a few times in here the drastic weight loss I managed starting at the end of highschool. But I don't think I've posted any pictures of me from then, so here is one that my mom recently found and that I could hardly recognize myself in:

Me at about 16/17 (on the right)

Damn that is quite a difference! Nice that you could manage to make such a drastic change. Gives me a bit of hope in that I might succeed as well.

Wow, that is an almost unbelievable change Venardhi...
Just out of curiosity, how did you manage to do it? And how long did it take to get down to your lowest weight?

Nothing special. Cut out the soda, smaller portions, lots of water, gym several days a week. From my heaviest at 285 or so down to my lowest at 180 (for about a week) It took from the spring of my senior year of highschool to the following winter to lose the bulk of it, (down to 210 or so) then the year and a half after that I went up and down a a-bit trying to maintain it, then the following summer/fall I kicked it into high gear and got down to 185, and very briefly lighter. So it was about 2 1/2 years from heaviest to lightest. Now I'm back at about 215. I've gotten back below 200 a couple times but that weight always seems to come back so I don't stress too much about it.

My former roommate and I once bought a 1.75 liter bottle of Jager (so large that you require a pump to operate it!) and did Jagerbombs all night. A couple other friends probably drank 1/8 of the bottle, but my roommate and I drank the rest. We even had to go to Walmart at 4am because we ran out of Red Bull. It was such a bad idea, but it was also hilarious. We both passed out around 7am (possibly due to heart attacks, I'm not sure), and then we were both wide awake again an hour later. Neither of us slept right for about a week after that.

Jesus Christ. Cut down on the Jäger before you end up in rehab.

Watched the Phillies destroy the Jays in Toronto today. Going to tomorrow's game as well.
I was watching that game and it occurred to me that you were probably in the crowd somewhere.

Before the start of the June 19th game vs. the O's:

I get the impression that "MORE BEER NOW" is not the solution to the problem. ;)
He has a point.

I think you probably need a Jagerbomb instead.

Crikey. I don't even know what that is. And from what you guys say of the after-effects...I'm not sure I want to find out! :wtf:

Trust me, you don't want it. Shot of Jagermeister as a depth charge in Red Bull. Chug the whole thing at once. Yuck

Okay seems I've got most of it down already, just need to add the waterdrinking then. I'm a bit heavier to start with but if I got down to even 220 I'd be very happy.
