Yeah, i've been told that about myself too. Which is kinda strange since personally, i dont think i'm all that serious at all. I wouldnt call myself immature, just... Crazy.

Remember when the SR-71 was the very pinnacle of aeronautical achievment?

EDIT: I just looked it up. The SR-71 still holds the Flight airspeed record.

This, and the one in my pic up-thread, is the "official" record holder. As has been discussed, official and actual may not be at all the same. ;)

Nice display, the one here at the old Merced AFB, is lot more dusty, but you could actual reach up and touch the thing.

This is my cat, Wicket. I have three cats but this is my "personal cat" and the one that gets all my attention. He will be 10 in March.

This is my cat, Teacake. A family member named her after me, she is around 4 years old. The family member moved overseas about 6 months ago and I was forced to adopt her. She is a little bit feral around us, and a lot feral around anyone she doesn't know (which is the way it was for about 2 months when we first had her). So I had to take her because not many people want a very unpleasant cat AND she has my name.

Wicket is the alpha cat of the neighborhood and lords it over all other cats and their yards and their outside bowls and.. he's a jerk. But bizarrely he really really likes Teacake. Probably because she stood up for herself from day one despite being small.

I love hearing about the personalities of people's pets. I also love the smushed up face that cats have when they are sleeping. So cute!

Ok, well then here you go:

Milton, he's very friendly and affectionate. He's also a ham for attention and wants to be right next you. He prefers females and will latch onto a female if they come over and ignore me the whole time they are here. He's also a bad ass behind the glass, he'll act tough and agressive at other dogs, but the second they look at him or move towards him he hides behind me.

Gomez, he's old and set in his ways, he also stares at the wall a lot. He used to be a bit of a loner, but now wants to be by my side. He's also 15, but doesn't let that slow him down at all. He keeps up with us whenever we go on walks or hikes in the woods, even though he got hit by a car before I got him and his left rear leg is pretty much useless at anything over a walking speed for him. He also watches out for Milton, if he thinks that Merlin is getting to rough with Milton, he'll attack Merlin to get him off Milton.

Merlin, he's still a puppy and has to follow me wherever I go. he's full of energy and a clutz, runs into walls at full speed. Does face plants jumping off the furniture and loves to play chase with Milton, and they also love to wrestle around.

Also, all three are rescue dogs and seem to know they've been given a second chance since all three were 1-2 days away from being put down.

When they first got married he basically followed her around the house, he was so happy to have a wife. Of course she adores him and relies on him as well. :)

Their love for each other shines through in those photos. Such beautiful people. :)
