Complain about how much you hate a TV show that's airing yet continue to watch every single episode so you can bitch every week about how right you are and call everyone who likes it stupid, then you'll be on your way there.
It's a start. You could catalog your voyage to becoming more likeable. It could make for a nice guide book. I know lots of people who could use it.
You can start by writing about how you're going to change your approach from "I'm not here to make friends." to "I hang out web forms to socialize and meet people."
I know personally, had you started with the latter before all the shenanigans I would have gladly been your friend and wouldn't need a picture of you holding a piece of paper as ID.
