And one that didn't quite work out.

sorry, but.... :guffaw:

I think Seeker should do a card where three panels are the "nice" pictures and the fourth one is the one with the hat. It's too adorable to pass up, but you need the other pictures to show it off.

The front plane is a Corsair, the rear is actually a P-51, it's just dressed up in RAF regalia.

Double warbird fail.

I saw the RAF markings and assumed the rear plane was a Spitfire. The second pic shows the gull wings of the lead Corsair.

I shall hang my head in shame and wait for the next airshow.

Oooooh, airplanes! :D
The Mustang is Y2-C of the RCAF's 442 sqn. The F4U Corsair is of the Royal Navy Fleet Air Arm (livery as flown by a Canadian pilot). :)

It's been a while since I posted on this board. I have been and still am very busy with life, work and studying...
Couple of pictures:

I was on VIP duty during the RNLAF public days, fortunately when I was off duty I had free access to the flightline!

Jumping out of an airplane is not that difficult, making the dropzone however is.:shifty:

I absolutely love this pic, and my knitter's sense is tingling. :) Did someone knit that gorgeous little jacket for your beautiful girl?

My mother actually bought it for her.

That's a great idea but it looks like we're just going to end up including a photo with some regular Christmas cards this year to save a little money.

Further experiments with the new DSLR. Canon 60D with 70-200mm F/4 lens

The're all great shots but I really like this one.
