Okay you are like actively channeling where I want to be in life in this pic, car and all

Ha! Emher, I knew just from the car that you'd like this picture! The attendant offered to let us test drive it, too, but we were too late getting back after our shoot was done. Here's a bonus one for you! In fact, I may crop this picture for my Goodreads author page...

Aw, it's got black stripes and everything! There's no way I would ever, ever have not taken him up on that offer! But, perhaps you are a man better at prioritizing then I am.

In any case, great pics, and congrats! :techman:

Now it might just be because i've been watching old movies lately, but i got serious Bonnie & Clyde vibes off this pic.

What is it anyway, Camaro?
Heh, yeah it has a bit of that wibe.

And yes, a 2012 Camaro Convertible. Can't see if it's an SS or not. If it was a coupe and an SS with the RS package = damn near my favorite car ever.

I'm more of a retro fan. With the musta g finished and the bel air out for a few coats of paint, I'm working on a "refurbished" camaro. A 1969 coupe with a powertrain from a rolled 2010 camaro. Its a living hell, mind you. Nothing fits at all. Couldve built the car from scratch, wouldnt have made a bloody difference.

Belive it or not, the damn thing was driveable after hitting a moose or some other godawful creature that nearly took the roof off. I think the driver copped it, but i'm not sure. Either way it was a sad ending for such a new and great car

^Oh, I love retro cars as well. But the new Camaro is the car that got me back into cars for real so it has a special place in my heart. And I can imagine it being a pain in the ass putting an LS3 in an old '69 :/

And yeah, terrible ending for such a car :(

What's the FOV on that lens? Something about it looks strange to me, but it doesn't appear to have any radial distortion....

I took that first one with my iPhone, using one of the lenses and custom "films" on Hipstamatic.

The second one was taken with my point & click while we were on the water.

Hipstamatic takes awesome shots. Here are some of my recent ones using my favorite lens and film:

Wow, you do a flawless impression of my father after I say something, and that other guy does a pretty good impression of my father after I say something and we're out in public.

Anyway, I just bought this ring:

I wanted a silver one with an emerald, but those are like $200-600. So, I found a similar looking one that's rhodium-plated jeweler's brass and green cubic zirconia that cost $20. So, I bought that one.

I'm getting a tattoo ring on that finger shortly, so I bought this actual ring for when I need to cover it up.

I know what finger it's on, but fear not ladies (and Shameless), I am not engaged. I'm getting the tattoo ring on that finger because it represents me being polyamorous, so even if I was engaged, it wouldn't matter.

The ring pictured itself represents that I was in Slytherin when I went to Hogwarts.
