Adm Hawthorne WOW!!!! And I can see you've done it slowly which is supposed to be the good way.. any words of wisdom? Tips? You look easily 10 years younger.

^I'll have to disagree with you on the outfit. I like Feb 2011 better (I'm currently wearing a matching outfit - French blue dress shirt, black slacks, and black oxfords).

But the shirt in Nov 2010 looks like a corset! And it is my favorite color, burgundy.
I also thinks she looks rather sweet in 2009, but a lot of that is the necklace which really sexes up the outfit.
Burgundy is also my favorite color, but for some reason I just cannot resist french blue outfits.
The other thing that really makes a difference for me is the look on her face in the Feb photo. It radiates confidence and confidence is extremely sexy in either sex.

I LOVE them. I'd wear them as earrings.
Calorie counting is your friend. It's a numbers game, and the trick is to use more calories than you consume, so some sort of moderate working out is a must. However, you can't deny yourself. If you do, you'll binge, and that's not okay.
Everything in moderation. It's okay to fall off the wagon from time-to-time, just hop back on the next day, and don't guilt yourself about it.
It's hard. It's frustrating. It does work.
