Though "you make ultimatums and I'm outta here" might be more pointed. However I completely agree with Randi about the picking battles part.

It's definitely a neat idea for a tattoo, Randi! Now I wish I had made mine subtly trek related somehow. I did promise myself I'd never get more than one though, as like your husband, I'm a little uptight about excessive tattoos myself.

Yes, I have lost quite a bit of weight. I weigh 215-220 lbs (initially weighing 285), and still dropping it. I noticed a big change this week (3 lbs loss) when I stopped drinking diet pop.

Well, in my defense, a lot of the weight loss is due to stress, but I'm turning that stress around by channeling it into my exercises, and that helps a lot. I figure the more positive I become, along with more exercise and my commitment to staying off diet soda, I can reach my goal (190 lbs), and lessen my dependency upon diabetes and blood pressure medication.
As for you, I believe you are lovely the way you are no matter how much you feel you need to lose, but since it is in your heart to lose weight and is something that will make you happy, I wish you the very best in reaching your goals!
