Yer adorable! the house is crazy!

That house was ridiculous. I mean it. They even had a sound system outside blasting Mariah Carey's holiday album. It was really just too much for words. The only positive I could give it was that they were taking donations for the food shelter and Toys for Tots. But, still, with all the money they must be spending on electricity, they could have donated a lot to each of those organizations themselves and saved a few trees while there were at it. I mean... geeze...

Also, thank you. I've dropped a lot of weight since February, so that makes me feel good that you'd say that.

When my friend posted this on Facebook, he captioned it, "Hey, who said Programming could work on a contract during a party?" But it was the first time all three of us had been in the same room together in about a month, and we had to get the contract out ASAP...

And yes, I know I'm scruffy. I've been working 12-hour days for the last month or so and no razor is coming near my face when I've had to get up on five hours of sleep. And my hair's a mess because I'd been wearing my toque. Nobody told me I needed to comb it because a picture was being taken...

I have that Riker action figure. I never liked the too dark red uniform of battle damaged cloths, so I shaved off the damage, then painted it a brighter red, and over the damaged parts, and I think I used a coat of clear finish.

I al opainted all the windows of the Enterprise D (and used a black perminent marker for "lights off" windows), and even painted little yellow dots on the Romulan warbird for windows (no fucking windows on it -- WHY?), among my other redo jobs.

^I have a 'sexy' NY accent as well. Made me a lot of lady friends when I did an internship in college way back when. Sadly, I met my wife there, which kept me from having as much fun as I was hoping for.
